💾 Saving Content
Method 1: Using the Share Extension (Fastest)
- Open any supported platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Find the content you want to save
- Tap the Share button
- Scroll down and select Kontent Keeper from the share menu
- Content will be saved automatically!
💡 Can't find Kontent Keeper in the share menu?
Scroll to the bottom of the share sheet, tap "Edit Actions", and make sure Kontent Keeper is enabled!
Method 2: Manual Save (More Control)
- Copy the URL from any platform
- Open Kontent Keeper and tap the Save tab
- Paste the URL in the "Enter URL" field
- Add a custom title (optional)
- Add notes or description (optional)
- Tap Save Content

How Auto-Tagging Works
When you save content, Kontent Keeper's AI automatically:
- Analyzes the content - Understands what it's about
- Generates smart tags - Categories like Tech, Finance, Entertainment, Recipes, etc.
- Creates a summary - Quick overview without watching/reading everything
- Organizes automatically - No manual sorting required!
Managing Tags
While AI does the heavy lifting, you can also:
- Add custom tags to any saved item
- Edit or remove auto-generated tags
- Create tag collections for projects or interests
- Filter your saved content by tags
Collections
Group related content into collections:
- Tap Collections in the bottom nav
- Tap Create New Collection
- Name it (e.g., "Work Inspiration", "Travel Ideas", "Recipes to Try")
- Add content by dragging or using the menu

Your content is securely stored in the cloud, making it accessible from any device you sign in from.
How many items can I save?
Free users can save up to 50 items. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited saves, unlimited collections, and advanced AI-powered features!
Can I access my saved content on multiple devices?
Yes! Sign in with the same account on any iOS device and all your saved content syncs automatically.
What happens if a saved post is deleted from the original platform?
Kontent Keeper saves a snapshot of the content, so you'll still have access even if the original is removed. (Note: This depends on the type of content and platform.)
How accurate is the AI tagging?
Our AI is highly accurate and continuously improving. You can always edit tags manually if needed.
Is there a limit to how much I can save?
Free users can save up to 50 items. Pro users get unlimited saves and advanced features.
Can I export my saved content?
Yes! Export your content as CSV, PDF, or JSON from Settings → Export Data.
How do I delete saved content?
Swipe left on any item and tap Delete, or use the menu (•••) and select Delete.
