By using Kontent Keeper, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. Account Terms
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Kontent Keeper.
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose.
2. Description of Service
Kontent Keeper allows you to save and organize content from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
The service is available in Free and Pro tiers with different feature limits.
3. Payment and Subscription Terms
- Paid subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can cancel anytime in your App Store settings.
- No refunds for partial subscription periods.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Save or share illegal content
- Violate others' intellectual property rights
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
5. Content Ownership
- You own the content you save. We only store it to provide the service to you.
- Content from third-party platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) is still subject to their terms of service.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to save content.
6. Cancellation and Termination
- You can delete your account anytime in Settings.
- All of your content will be deleted upon account termination.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Disclaimers
- The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We don't guarantee the service will always work perfectly or be error-free.
- We are not liable for data loss. Keep your own backups of important content.
- We may update, pause, or discontinue the service at any time.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service means you accept the changes.
